I feel super grateful to know quite a few drama free peeps – what a blessing and a gift it is. And when I encounter peeps who invite me into drama, these days I decline the invitation. Talk about liberation! Such an awesome way to set ourselves free. 🙂
Hmmmm. A mighty interesting article passed my eyes, questioning the claims about yoga and meditation. It actually made a lot of sense to me, and is consistent with my experience. Plenty of benefits for sure, but it’s not a panacea, and it doesn’t resolve assholism. 🙂

Many years ago when I was new in town, someone who felt threatened by my qualifications said some untrue stuff about me to another.
I have resolved that my inspired vision/grand plans will never be knocked down by anyone who thinks they are too lofty/unrealistic/delusional (…and that includes me on rare occasions, resulting in a stern talking to!)
This beautiful principle was ingrained in my being by my wonderful Mum (and thanks also for the blessing of my Dad for being the complete opposite to show me contrast and what I don’t choose!)
