I feel super grateful to know quite a few drama free peeps – what a blessing and a gift it is. And when I encounter peeps who invite me into drama, these days I decline the invitation. Talk about liberation! Such an awesome way to set ourselves free. 🙂
Meditation, Yoga and Assholes
Hmmmm. A mighty interesting article passed my eyes, questioning the claims about yoga and meditation. It actually made a lot of sense to me, and is consistent with my experience. Plenty of benefits for sure, but it’s not a panacea, and it doesn’t resolve assholism. 🙂
